My Sensual Alchemy journey…

Today, I feel free to be the big, wise, sexy version of myself. To let Life be my beloved; romancing and gifting me with all the delicious experiences and opportunities I desire. But, this wasn’t always so.

I know intimately the agony of romantic trauma, the heartbreak of divorce, the challenge and grief of chronic illness, and the path to creating a big, beautiful new life.

After 4 years of being devastatingly ill and the surgeries that saved my life I thought I finally met my Beloved and I married a sex/porn addict. While I could give you all the horrifying details of how this affected me & destroyed our lives, I am sure you can imagine the possible devastation. Then go ahead and multiply it by 100.

Romantic relationship has always my first priority. Knowing that watching my parents fight was not going to teach me how to create the happy, healthy romance I desired I went looking; well, reading mostly, reading everything. Then after working as a energy healer and a life coach for years - as a women’s health practitioner, as years of being deathly ill with uterine tumors, the subsequent hysterectomy & the grief recovery from that was my initiation into this line of work - I found the next step. The Tantric Institute Of Integrated Sexuality where I learned the psychodynamic and sexual healing practices that changed my life.

While I was in school to become a sex, love and relationship coach, at the most prestigious institute in the world thankyouverymuch!, the wasband and I did each of the bizillion practices assigned as homework for my additional relationship certification multiple times each. I held obstinate faith that we could be an example of healing for other relationships, an inspiration! However, while we made beautiful progress together, as more time passed it became apparent that our paths and souls had become dramatically mismatched. So, I left, I plunged into fear, I went into the depths of my misery and shame, I grieved with an intensity and volume that must have frightened my neighbors. I worked with healers and coaches and with my own deep self healing processes. I kept walking through and loving all the shadows that came up. As we must all continue to do.

Now, here I am. Deeper and more expansive. More myself, more compassionate, more powerful and with a greater capacity for love and joy. In love with myself, in love with my life. Grateful to have experienced those years (and years and years. Oi, what a decade I’m having!)  of pain and growth so that I may support you in your healing process, blissed out that I can help you connect with your joy, your soul, your truth, whatever that may be... It’s glorious!!
