Heart Meditation

Just like the grinch your heart can grow 3 sizes today! I am going to guide you through a short heart meditation. Ready? Ok!

Put your awareness (and perhaps your hand) on your heart center.
Breathe into and out of your heart. As if you could fill your heart with the air you breathe, allowing the heart space, the upper chest to rise and fall deeply, even a bit dramatically.

Imagine you can send streams love to all your friends and family.
See this love coming out of every side and angle and corner of your heart.
Feel your heart opening and expanding on each breath. With each person your love touches.
.
Now send these streams of love to all of your coworkers...
All of your acquaintances...
To all the people in your life who help you on a somewhat regular basis. (Grocery clerk, wait staff at fave restaurant, barista and so forth)...
.
Feel this love growing bigger and stronger and feel how good it feels to send love to so many different people.
.
Feel how this love increases, is multiplied as it touches the heart of others and flows back into you.
Feel how your heart is opening and expanding even more.
A continuous loop of love from all around you. Filling your heart.
Feeling so very full of love.

Now, send this love to the people who bother you...
To people who you disagree with...
Who you fundamentally disagree with....
Send love to the people you hate...
To the people who have hurt you...
.
Keep imagining this love streaming out of your heart.
Again, feel how your love increases, is multiplied by everyone it touches.
See this love, this massive beautiful love you have created for so many beings.
See it streaming out of your heart and multiplied flowing right back to you.
Filling your heart with this love.
Filling your mind.
The love pouring into your body, your skin, your muscles, your bones. 
Your love flowing through your blood. Sinking deeply into the cells of your body.
You are completely filled with love.
You are completely loved.
You are completely love.
